Recipe for Golconda Chicken

An abundance of onions, green peppers, curd, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves are added after deep-frying boneless chicken that has been marinated in a variety of spices and herbs. Ingredients of Golconda Chicken

2 Servings
120 gm chicken legs
30 gm corn flour
salt as required
10 green chillies
100 gm ginger
3 sprigs curry leaves
80 gm yoghurt (curd)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
50 gm onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 gm egg
20 gm all purpose flour
2 tablespoon lemon juice
100 gm garlic
50 gm coriander leaves
edible food color as required
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
3 tablespoon sunflower oil

How to make Golconda Chicken

Step 1 Wash the chicken and add spices in it

Wash and clean the chicken, drain the water and transfer it to a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, and garlic. Then add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt, Black Pepper Corn, food colour and mix it well

Step 2 Put the chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Next, stir in the egg thoroughly while adding a little water. Place the chicken mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook it.

Deep fried the marinated chicken in hot oil, then set it aside. Take a frying pan and fill it with cooking oil. Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, sliced onions, split green chilies, and curry leaves.

Step 4: Cook thoroughly by adding curd and the spices.

Then, add a little water and curd, and cook it well. After that, add the fried chicken along with the salt, chat masala, chilli powder, and coriander powder.

Step 5: Stir thoroughly and taste for spice.

Until the chicken absorbed the water, toss it. Check for the seasonings and squeeze lime wedges.

Step 6 Serve hot with lemon wedges

Place it over a platter and garnish with Fried Curry leaves, chopped coriander and sliced onions with Lemon wedges.
